Kakadu Pet Slicker Brush
Our Slicker brush features a one touch, press & release cleaning mechanism, the retractable stainless steel pins make cleaning the brush easy. The Slicker is designed to penetrate deep into the pets coat to remove mats, tangles and dead hair. The Slicker also has an anti-slip, easy grip handle for comfort and control. Ideal for every day use on cats and small to large dog breeds.
Our Review:
We have used slicker brushed before but they always seem to hurt Davinia. I guess the bristles are usually a bit too long for her. I like how they pull the dead hair out and get off dirt that finds its way to her skin. But she was never really a fan plus they are a pain to clean. You have to find either another brush or a comb with tiny bristles to clean them out. With the Kakadu Slicker brush you just push the button and the hair comes right out. I really like this feature and have used the brush several times since getting i on both dogs because it is so easy to clean. The only draw back is that in the small size it seems a little fragile so I wouldn’t use it on a dog with a lot of knots or crazy unruly coat. 
Slicker brushes are for dogs and cats with medium to long coats. A short coated dog or cat especially one with pink skin might become irritated from the use of a slicker brush. Just be aware of your pet as you use this product so you don’t cause unintentional harm.
